My fitbit just stopped working. The last sync was 5am. It was charged.
What now?

The fitbit stopped. It doesn't turn on. It's not my phone or syncing to an app... the fitbit died while I was sleeping. Just won't turn on.

It's not my phone or phone app, the actual Fitbit stopped working, it won't turn on. It died while I was sleeping with a full charge. It just won't turn on. It stopped syncing at 5 am... while i was sleeping and wearing it. So it was still syncing etc.... then...died. won't turn on.

My FitBit Inspire did the same thing. It won’t turn on and it charged through the night.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Fitbit Inspires. Not sure if this may be a display issue or a battery one so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

I cleaned the contacts. I tried restarting. It's dead. D E A D.
It last sync'd at 5am and battery was full. It never sync'd again despite a full battery. Ive tried charging it, restarting it, e.t.c. nothing works. It died at 5am while I was sleeping
