I had done over 13000 steps and more than an hour of active minutes and this had synced to phone but now phone and inspire are showing under 8000 steps and 17 active minutes but the miles have remained at nearly 7 miles. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about what happened to your steps. Can you please share with me more details about what happened that day? How many steps did you tracked before syncing? Did you manually log any other activity for that day?

In this case, I'd suggest to restart your Fitbit Inspire HR and give it a try again. If you keep having this or any other issue let me know. For your missing steps, you can manually log it on the Fitbit app.

Let me know if you have questions about it.
