Inspire lost data after being out of charge for 24 hours

Forgot my charger on holiday and only just found a replacement. Fitbit is now fully charged but doesn’t show my data and  when I login to my account online all recent ( for at least 6 months) is missing.

I just checked with our Customer Support team and confirmed that you have an open case with them. I advise you to reply them and continue the assistance.
