hi , on two separate occasions , both Mondays my inspire has lost one hour on the clock and all stats . on both occasions I had been swimming but for different lengths of time although each time the inspire lost one hour ? is it possible it could have synced to another device that was one hour behind time ? and then reset stats ?
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hi @matlocksteve, welcome to the Community! I's great to see a new face around.
Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire. Usually when your device shows the incorrect time or date, it's because it synced with a device that had the correct time zone, or it hasn't synced at all. And this will affect the overall data recorded. It sounds strange that this happened when swimming. Did you sync before going to swim? Are both, your Inspire and Fitbit app updated to the latest version? If you've not done so, please try restarting your Inspire to refresh it's settings, and then sync with the Fitbit app.
Keep me posted.

hi , I had synced to my pc about lunch time putting on my first 12ooo steps approx. from a morning walk , before going to gym where I used elliptical for around 30 mins and steps went up to about 21000 . next I swam about 50 lengths , showered etc and found my inspire had lost all stats and was showing one hour behind time . strange thing is it was a Monday and also happened the previous Monday but when ive been swimming on Thursdays its been fine ??? only had it 3 weeks . , thanks x

Hi @matlocksteve. It's always great to see you around. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for sharing more details about this situation, as well for checking the time zone settings. It might be that your Inspire mistook your time zone, which affected your stats. To continue working on this, may I know if the same happened next Monday? Also, as mentioned before, please make sure that both, your Inspire and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. If you didn't try it, I'd recommend to restart your Inspire to refresh it's settings.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @matlocksteve, I'm glad to see you here again. @Aiotex, thanks for stopping by to help our friend. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
@matlocksteve, It's great that your Inspire is now syncing your swim activities, and thanks for keeping me updated. This was actually a strange behavior, and I appreciate you for bringing this to my attention. If you ever happen this situation again, feel free to let me know.
See you around!
