I already reset the Inspire, but it’s still not tracking any active minutes. Yesterday it only tracked 7 min when it usually doesn’t track anything less than 15 minutes. I have done aerobics today for 20 min and also took a walk and it still says “0”. I want my credit for what I did or this device is useless. What do I do? Thanks for your help.

Let me help you with your Inspire not counting your active minutes and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Active minutes are granted for the most intense activity your tracker detects this won't equal the amount of time you do an exercise. For example if you go for a walk and do this for an hour but decide to actually jog or run for 20 minutes of that hour, your hour long activity will be detected but most likely will be awarded only 20 active minutes as these were the intense ones. You can read more about active minutes and how they are calculated here so you can compare it with your activity.

My Inspire showed Active Minutes and Steps in the App. Now it only is showing Calories. How do I get those counts back on my daily counts?
I tried to add them from the Discover section of the app but it would not open any of the Activities that were not already checked??
I have already reset by Inspire, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app but nothing is working to change this.
