Inspire no longer tracking sleep

  • My inspire is no longer tracking my sleeping. I've worn it to bed the last 2 weeks, but it has no information on my sleep (I check it fairly regularly since I'm a mom of 2 littles and want to make sure I'm getting enough sleep most nights). It seems to be tracking my steps just fine.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Buchy23.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Inspire is no longer tracking sleep. Thank you for providing the additional details, I understand your concern and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Please confirm that your sleep settings are normal and not sensitive: What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting in the Fitbit app?
  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  1. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  1. Confirm that the tracker is snug on your wrist.

For more information about tracking sleep, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes.
