Inspire not auto tracking activities or sleep

I’m trying to find out just how widespread the problem is of inspire devices not working as advertised. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting, email, and phone with “customer support” and their only “fix” is to manually track. I bought the device because it is supposed to auto track. Who else has this problem?

I Just got mine today, and it doesn't seem to be working or tracking anything either. Ah! If I knew this watch had so many problems I wouldn't have bought it!

Agreed! It is really bothering me that the company KNOWS this device isn’t working as advertised and they won’t take any responsibility. I just want a tracker that works. I feel so ripped off

I have had mine for about 2 months and both activities and sleep track accurately

I’m glad you are having the experience you SHOULD with Fitbit! Maybe the company will send me a device that works the way it is advertised to and I’ll join your happiness
