Inspire not charging, no display, no green light...

i bought this inspire HR Fitbit about 4 months ago...all of a sudden, it no longer charges or shows anything on the display and I noticed that the green HR light in the back no longer works as well.  i tried resetting ( got the smile face) but nothing happens...still no display.  Cant reset to factory setting since the display does not come up at all.  do i need a replacement?

Mine is doing the same thing. I'm on a chat with 'support' right now. Not helpful so far. 😞

Mine has started to do the same. It is just under 2 years old - Inspire HR.

Hi Alvaro,

Thanks for your reply however doing so did not work. My Fitbit remained dead. I noticed also that leaving the fitbit connected results in the fitbit getting much warmer within a few moments. After a few minutes, I have to disconnect it as it is getting too hot. I guess it is running a fever.

Mine has been shut down since June. Tried to work with customer support, no luck.

😁😁Thanks Ida. I suspect my fitbit is fried. When I leave it connected, it
just gets hotter and hotter. This may have been caused by me letting it
recharge for extended periods of time (like overnight). Just a guess on my
part. If true, there is nothing Customer Support can do about that. So I do
my circuit (15 to 25 kms hike at least 3 times a week) without it. As long
as my heart doesn't stop I'm happy - don't need Fitbit to tell me that.😁

Same here! Mine is around one year old. It just died suddenly last night, black screen, no green light. Nothing changed even I restarted the device for a few times. And I can only turn on the device when it is connected with the charger but it always shows that it is 100% charged.

My device last synced at 11pm and was not on the charger. Now I cannot anything totally black screen cannot reset.
