Inspire is only a month old. Will only display the time, isn't counting steps, only showing calories on app on phone. Is there a way to fix it?

This happened to me. Contacted Fitbit help. Here’s what you do: put it on the charger. Press and hold the button. A smiley face will appear. That’s telling you it has reset. Everything was fine after I did that.
