I recently purchased the Inspire HR. What use are all of the great features if it won't hold the charge for more than 4 hours. Tried everything you suggested and still having this problem. Does the new update include issues with charging? Thank you.

Thank you but no longer necessary. Kudos to the Fitbit Live Chat. I contacted them at 4pm yesterday, the response time was very quick. Had to give them some information and this morning, met all the requirements and this morning received notification that my Fitbit is being replaced. They get 5 stars. Can't get better service than this!! Thank you to the Fitbit team.
