My Fitbit stopped syncing the other day. I updated the app, and nothing changed. It said that it was looking for the device. I checked bluetooth, it was on. I unpaired the device. When I go to pair it again, it isn't connecting. I've tried to also restart the Fitbit and it still isn't connecting. I'm frustrated because I've had this for less than 3 months. I'm quickly losing faith in Fitbit as a company because this problem is just another in a long line that many people have been facing. I could deal with waiting for 5 minutes to sync. At least it was syncing!

I'm having the same problem. I think it is related to the recent iPhone update to OS 13.1.2. I was able to get my iPad to sync to my Inspire, after trying several times, but not having any luck with the iPhone.

I got my inspire he in May/June and it has done this a few times already. I thought I may just have had a faulty one but not so relieved to hear others have this problem also. I have an Android and have lost steps for challenges this way 😞

Just had the same thing happen. Did you fix yours? If so, how?

Bose speakers and wireless headset still pairing and connecting with phone. Inspire shows up as
"visible" to phone but will not pair. Was working fine until a couple of hours ago. Only thing I did was put it on its charger (from 20% to 100%) then put it on and went for a walk. Noticed after the walk that it was not syncing and then saw it was not pairing/connecting with the phone at all.

Mine doesn't even show up in my list of available devices. However, it has been syncing again. It might be paired and isn't using bluetooth? I don't know. Maybe fitbit is doing something shady with our information lol.

My Inspire also stopped pairing with my Pixel 3. I've called support twice and spent considerable time going through all the steps of toggling bluetooth with a resting period, restarting device, deleting and reinstalling the app, syncing it with a different device and still it won't sync reliably. I believe it syncs when I reboot the phone and continues to sync until I connect to a different bluetooth device (like when I get in my car) and never reconnects to the phone (short of a phone reboot) but I am still trying to spot the pattern. This is a very poor user experience.

I'm having the exact same issue, on and off. Its super annoying because the device will sync just fine (and very often as I have it on automatic sync) for a couple of days, and then suddenly will stop working. It's extremely frustrating especially cause I've only had it for 6 months. 😞

Same issue here. I even got a replacement and it still doesn't work. I have only owned this for 2 weeks. So frustrated! Is there a fix in sigh
