Inspire not recording sleep

Hello - I have Inspire and for approx the last week it has stopped recording my sleep - I have tried all the suggestions - restarts, checked for updates, band is clean etc etc …. Also it has become temperamental taking a charge … I’ve had it approx 1 year .. any help appreciated 🥴 Thank You

I have the same issue with my Inspire HR - not yet 2 years old. It has worked marvellously until this last week when it randomly started to act up - at least once each 24 hour period. It might hold a charge and still show the time but may not provide alerts - neither actual pre-set alarms nor "walk now" hourly alerts. Even when I awake with it still charged, it hasn't tracked sleep. It has also randomly shut-off twice during the day, even though the battery was fully charged (to smile level) that morning. When it shuts down, the dongle must be used to restart and then must sync with the app to properly reset time. Approximately a year ago I turned off all-day sync to conserve battery life (battery was depleting in less than two days) so I've gotten used to manually syncing at a couple times a day - minimum upon waking to log sleep, then after working out/exercising and typically end of day to log "the day". I don't mind manually syncing - I do mind not having data to sync!!

Over the past few weeks my Inspire HR has stoped synching steps or sleep. I’ve tried all the suggested tips to try & get things working again to no avail. Frustrating too because over the past 5 years  I’ve had different versions of a Fitbit HR tracker and all of them have developed some sort of problem just AFTER the guarantee 12 month period has ended (current Inspire HR bought end July 2020). Inbuilt obsolescence?
