Inspire stopped recording sleep after a full reset, I must enter the sleep times manually each morning. What can I do restore this function?

Got the same problem. Mine started when the last update happened to mine on 23/08/20. Been on the chat 4 times now to no avail. Going to contact the head of global support next.

Same thing, it stopped recording about 2 hours into sleep on the night after I did the firmware update and has not recorded sleep since. I'm currently on my 3rd chat and I'm not going to let them keep having me changing one stupid setting at a time to see if that works. They need to figure out what went wrong with the update and send out a fix.
