Inspire not recording steps

Yesterday my Inspire didn't record any steps at all!  The time was correct and calories used showed up but no steps!  Today it seems to be working ok.  Anyone else have this issue?

I’m having the same problem as Sharon. I’ve restarted my Inspire HR and the problem has not been fixed 😞

Got rid of my fitbit, too temperamental. Have a Garmin watch now...brilliant Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

My Inspire has stopped counting steps three times in the last couple weeks. I have reset it twice but the issue re-occurs. Is there something that could be causing this?

Hello

 

I have been having this issue for about two weeks- At first i thought it had stopped tracking my steps and then i noticed it isn't live tracking them like its supposed and so i have no idea if is is tracking them properly.  It just seems like its tracking randomly.  I have tried rebooting it loads of times and this hasn't worked.  One day last week i took my fitbit off at around 6pm and then randomly at between 9pm and 9.15pm it added 18,000 steps.  I didn't even have it on and i certainly didn't do 18,000 steps on that day.   Its also not syncing.  I have always has syncing issues but now its even worse!

I am not sure anything can be done remotely and it may need to be repaired or replaced? I bought last April so i believe its still in warranty- any idea how i go about this?

Hi, my new Fitbit Inspire HR is not recording any steps. I have restarted it a few times, as suggested, but it's still not working. Any ideas? Thanks!
