Up until 5 days ago, my Inspire recorded my active minutes and most of them were walking. Now, the active minutes are still recording, however, walking is not. Any help would be appreciated.

@AnneinFL Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your walk detection. Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and record the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. If your heart rate is high but there isn't much motion (yoga, weight lifting, etc.) then these activities will be difficult to be detected by your device. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account or use the activity mode on the device itself.
Let me know how it goes.

I’m aware of all that. I’ve been doing the same walk for months now and it has just stopped recording it. I have reset but it’s not working. I walked today and yesterday but nothing recorded except the steps and the active minutes.

Similarly my blaze which always automatically records my runs, walks and outdoor bikes suddenly is NOT recording my rides. I mountain bike and trust me it should be an obvious activity (and it always has always been reliable to date). I like having the heart rate stats, etc. please help!!!

Seems to be happening across multiple devices. Lots of people reporting the same issue with their Alta HR, me included.
