Inspire not registering active minutes, or hourly steps.
Have restarted it several times.

Let me help you with your Inspire not recording your active minutes and hourly steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. What type of activity were you doing when the active minutes weren't counted? The length of an activity won't necessarily count as active minutes as these are awarded for the most intensive training. You can read more about this here.
Regarding the hourly steps could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the app against the steps recorded for that day? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that your tracker is syncing periodically.
