My Inspire stopped sending my steps to Vitality. I restarted the Inspire but it had no affect. What else can I do?

Let me help you with your Vitality account not getting your steps. Your tracker isn't connected to your Vitality account. This account connects to your Fitbit account. Try revoking the access to your account via the website then connect both apps as you initially did. This will help refresh their link.
