Inspire not showing Sleep Stages.

I have had my fitbit for just over a week now, and the app hasnt shown sleep stages once. 

I have gone through the forums here and have tried everything listed to try to see sleep stages and havent been able to. I have also tried customer support, which was useless. 

Things tried.

1. Loosened/Tighten on wrist

2. Positioned 2 fingers from wrist bone

3  Get more then 3hrs of sleep.

4. Set settings to sensitive

5. Turned device off and on.

6. Customer support

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Let me help you with your missing sleep stages and thank you for contacting our Support team and troubleshooting the issue. It seems that you have tried most of the suggested troubleshoots. You could try wearing your tracker on the other arm. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions.

Hi Alvaro, it is still not showing the stages. I've shut it down and have tried it on other wrist for 2 days (which was worse as total hrs slept was off and which time I went to sleep was off by 2 hrs.

I’m having the same problem and cannot get it to work. Been two weeks now and have followed all the steps.
