Inspire not showing time with wrist motion

My inspire was working fine for a week and then all of a sudden since Sunday, it no longer wakes up when I turn my wrist.  Need to tap it, and something that takes 3-4 taps.  Everything I've read says to turn the Quick View option on, but I can't find it on the phone app OR the computer dashboard!  Anyone?

Hold in left button a few seconds; look for "Quick View"; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I couldn't see any "Quick View," but there was something called "Screen Wake."  I'm hoping that's the same thing.  THANK YOU for your post of what appears to be the correct answer, since there is nothing on the "Dashboard" of my computer's fitbit program regarding either one of these.  I have only had this "Inspire" for less than a month and I have to charge it every other day.  Their marketing verbiage says this need not be so.

@peytonmc00  Same thing.  I don't remember if I just had my terms mixed up, or if it is different terminology on different trackers, or terms have changed since above posts; but they are essentially the same thing.  Perhaps it is called different name on older models where have to set in from phone app, and other name on newer models when can set it right from your wrist.

Thank you kindly.  Keeping their web site up to date does not seem to be their top priority.  They are lucky to have knowledgeable users like you who are willing to take the time to share their knowledge!
