My brand new inspire will no longer swipe. I have tried restarting while charging and I do get smiling face but won't fix issue. I tried syncing n app, won't fix the issue. Does anybody have something else I can try?
And I have restarted my iPhone 7, updated my fitbit app and still no fix. App is syncing correctly, I wonder if there is something physically wrong with fitbit?
Have you been able to find a cure for the swiping problems? Mine was working fine until about 10: o’clock last night and I haven’t been able to get the swipe to work again.
