Inspire not syncing with Samsung A10e

My inspire won't sync to my Samsung A10e phone. I've tried all the troubleshooting instructions but still nothing. It doesn't sync to my kindle or my laptop either. What good does it do me if it doesn't sync to any of my devices? It's just a waste of my money at this point. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, followed ever guideline outlined in the troubleshooting guide, nothing works!

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Not sure what you have tried but I suggest you do the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
