Inspire not tracking calories burned correctly (too low).

No matter what I do, I can't get my Inspire to track calories burned correctly. I did a 25 minute intense cardio yesterday and my tracker said 90 calories burned. I know that isn't right. I also cannot get my tracker to turn off/on or reset while plugged into the charger. I'm beyond frustrated. $120 is a lot of money to spend on something that won't work no matter what I do. My daughter also has an Inspire that will only track Yoga. I've tried resetting hers with no luck as well. Please help before I lose my mind and throw these in the garbage.

@amber299 Thanks for joining us!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not recording your calories correctly nor your daughter's tracker showing other exercise options and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. How are you recording these activities (via the tracker or manually logging them). Your tracker will use your personal information (age, height, weight, etc.) and heart rate to calculate your caloric burn so please check your personal settings. For the heart rate part of this I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Regarding your daughters tracker, remove the Yoga option from the device, save and sync and see if the other options show there.

Let me know how it goes.
