Inspire not tracking sleep and counting steps when moving arm

I have called 5 times and can not get help with my Inspire. It has stopped tracking my sleep and if I am sitting and move my arm, it tracks it as a step. There is no update for my inspire and I have tried resetting it. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Hi @TRenae  you called support five time and they didn't have any suggestions for you? You might want to try reinstalling the app and doing that restart a few more times. As for steps being counted when you move your arm, that is how steps are measured. If you push a shopping cart, you won't see steps while you're walking. Have you the newest version of the app and which platform do you use?
