Inspire not tracking sleep/reminders to move

Hi all,

I have an Inspire that, until two updates ago, was wonderful with my reminders to move and tracking my sleep. I was finally realizing that I sleep very restlessly and getting 1-2 hours less sleep a night than I thought. However, once the update hit I can't get it to track my sleep at all. My reminders to move are also shot. I have restarted my fitbit about 5 times, restarted my phone, disconnected then reconnected my bluetooth, toggled the sleep sensitivity, turned reminders off and on at least three times, and nothing. What do I need to do now?

@LandlockedDiver It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire not tracking sleep or showing reminders to move and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Regarding sleep detection, your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

About reminders to move I suggest you first check that your tracker isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the button. After this remove the reminders to move, save and sync then set them up again.

Let me know how it goes.
