My inspire has not been tracking sleep for almost 1 year now. I've called numerous times. The fitbit was just not 6 months old when I first called about this. I'm told they know there is a problem and are working to fix it. Anyone else with this issue?

@dctoo It's nice to have you on board!
Sorry to hear about this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. There is not much I can do since you have already contacted Support but wanted to explain that your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
See you around.

Mine has not tracked my sleep for the last two nights, it’s almost a year old and I’ve never had this problem before.

Many people have problems with it not working constantly. I’ve never heard of it not working at all, u should ask for a new device for free.
