My inspire has not been tracking my sleep since 28th December. I’ve tried resetting, disconnecting from the app and syncing but nothing works. I’ve only had my Fitbit for 3 months and this is the main reason I purchased so very disappointing.
also not receiving reminders hourly to complete 250 steps
Device and app not registering number of active days either

I have the same issue with sleep tracking too. The app on my phone is working fine but the fitbit itself says "No Data"
I did a bit of googling and found a "solution" to enable location on my phone.
Well location was already enabled so I toggled it and still no data.
Ive checked the permissions on the phone and Fitbit has permissions to access:
Camera, Contacts, Location, and Telephone.
One of the main reasons I bought the fitbit was to monitor my sleep so seeing that this is a widespread issue is a little disapointing

For the record, my phone is running Android 9
Fitbit is v3.37
