I've had my inspire for a while now. Yesterday the screen stopped turning on and it does not vibrate at all. I charged it overnight. I tried holding down the button for 5 and 10 seconds while it was on the charger and nothing happened. The app says it is charged and synced. Not sure what else there's is to do.

I have the same problem. It just stopped showing the screen this morning. It is charged and counts the steps and data on my phone, but I can’t see the screen on my Fitbit

The restart did not solve the issue. The battery is fully charged.

None of those options worked. I tried uninstalling the app and that didn't help. I disconnected the watch from the app and tried to reconnect but I cannot see the 4 digit code because the display is still not working so I cannot reconnect it.
