I have traveled back in December and my watch set to the time zone I was in, now I still can't get it back to my time zone at home. I have tried syncing it a dozen times, turned it off, checked for updates...nothing works and it's an hour off. This is so frustrating

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you manually change the timezone to a completely different one, save and sync, then change it back to the correct one, save and sync again. You may also restart your tracker.
