My Inspire is not vibrating nor is the screen flashing...I need help. Its brand new too.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you put it to charge or when you setup a silent alarm? Can you please share more details about the screen issue? Is the display of your Inspire not turning on? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi, Thank you soooo Much, I restarted my fitbit inspire and it works now. I’ll keep you updated if it acts out again.

i have the same problem. My inspire was used before. It's not vibrating and I don't know why. When I restart by pressing for 3 seconds it's not vibrating as well

 how to proper reset it? Can you help me please?
