Inspire not working after a few weeks

Are they having quality issues? My first one was defective from the start. Now after approximately six weeks, my wife's Inspire HR has stopped. Customer service has to be one of the worst! It took forever to receive my replacement. Couldn't get updates. Wouldn't do anything until defective one was received. Now starting the same issue with my wife's device - can't do anything until they get the defective one. Hasn't anyone there heard of advanced replacements??? I think they could use a few lessons on how to treat a customer if you want to keep them! As you can probably tell, I am a very dissatisfied customer. If you were thinking of buying a Fitbit, I wouldn't recommend it. 7/17/2019 - update, checked today and it's been received. Told I would be contacted in probably 24 - 48 hours. It will be interesting to see what happens. Keep you posted.

Let me help you with your damaged Inspire device. I appreciate your feedback about Customer Support and thank you for your patience up to this point. I have seen then requesting devices and I know this can take some time. You could ask them if there is any way to expedite the delivery of your new device.

I sincerely appreciate your interest. When I called them to advise that the shipment was on it's way, I asked if there was any type of advanced replacement, even if I paid for it. The response was, no. Looks like my wife if stuck for a while without it.

I sent my Inspire HR in May they got it June 6th and I still have not received it back …...that is ridiculous

I sympathize with you. My Inspire HR was defective out of the box. Now about six weeks later, it's my wife's. I'm finding really bad quality and their customer service has to be one of the worst.They must be making a lot of unhappy customers. Bought a very cheap type from overseas. Took a while to show, but it works, the display is in color and it even does BP!  Can't say anything positive about Fitbit right now. Hope you get a working replacement real soon.
