Inspire not working after latest firmware update

I updated my Inspire’s firmware last night and today it is blank. It was on the charger all night and came on for about an hour this morning now nothing. It won’t even reset. My app says “device not found” so I’m assuming it has completely died. Or crashed. How do I bring it back? Obviously charging it and holding the button down to get the smiley face didn’t work.
