Inspire notifications not working and not tracking sleep

Why aren’t my notifications working if it says that it’s sharing system notifications? Also why is my inspire not tracking sleep?

Regarding the issue with tracking sleep, please try the following:

  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  3. Confirm that the tracker is snug on your wrist.
