My inspire stopped tracking sleep a week ago, has been tracking steps erratically (just had it charging from dead this morning and says I took 9,000 steps) and now it won’t sync. Tried resetting/restarting, and got the smiley face, but no vibration, didn’t actually restart. It’s about three years old, any ideas?!

If restarting doesnt help then there is little else you can do. If it doesn't seem to be restarting at all you  could let the battery run  completely flat for a few hours and then recharge fully. If that doesn't help then it is dying unfortunately
