Inspire or Inspire 2 which one is more accurate?

I wear an Apple Watch but want to get something to track steps on the Fitbit app. I will wear it only in clip mode. Any suggestions on which device is more accurate when tracking steps?

Only Inspire 2 has clip mode.

Sorry, I was wrong about that.  Thanks @AlvaroFitbit  for the correction.

I think the original Inspire has been discontinued since release of Inspire 2.  If you do even find it somewhere, make sure it is from an authorized dealer if you might want to use the warranty.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Dmcgeogs Welcome to the Community.

Let me help you with this. Both the Original Inspire and the new Inspire 2 have clip mode. You can check the Inspire's manual on page 9 to confirm this. I really don't know the whole picture but I would suggest going with the newer Inspire 2. I has more features than the Inspire and you can find it at a great price with official retailers like Amazon or Best Buy. It has a heart rate sensor that you may wish to have activated (only or wrist mode) while also having the ability to work in clip mode. Both should be fairly similarly accurate and the clip will prevent having steps detect when you only move your hands but aren't walking, still it is up to you.

@JohnnyRow thank you for you help here.

I'll be around.
