Inspire poor quality wristband

I've been a fitbit user for 10+ years. I had a Flex until it wore out. I replaced it with the Inspire, and it has been a disappointing product. The design of the wristband is such that it is easily loosened, and can come off without notice. Over the year that I've had the Inspire, I lost the band at least 3 times, and fortunately was able to find it. Most recently the band came off while working outside, and I will never be able to find it. Tech support response was "too bad, my warranty has expired - here's the link to buy more of our products".

The clasp on the Flex was secure, but the Inspire band was just a series of holes that you had to make sure that the other end was secured into.  Poor design and probably poor quality.  I'm done with fitbit!!

My band broke when I was out, I didn't even feel it. Tried to replace it with a genuine fitbit band and they didn't have any. So I had to get an imitation band, again it has broken another 2 times, I'm onto my third band. I expect I will have to keep replacing it every few months! Ridiculous. Of course this happened just after the warranty period.

I completely sympathize with your plight! Unfortunately, I lost the tracker along with the band.  Too bad they can't be located with GPS coordinates.

What size do you need?  I have extra band that I no longer have use for.

Oh no that's terrible! GPS/find my fitbit would indeed be helpful.

Thanks Andrea, definitely a lot of improvements could be made to the fitbit - the band being one of them. Another, that I can't use the screen when my fingers are sweaty, but that's the time that I want to be able to use the screen, I mean that's what it's for right?!

Just go onto Amazon and buy them in a 2 pack or 3 pack depending on the color choices. I own a Fitbit ONE and mine came with 2 silicone clips, and I got more designs and colors on Amazon.  I hope this helps you, smb10567

You can buy a new one on Amazon or eBay. I do this a lot I bought a 3 pack of switchable colors to match my outfits. They clip on your shirts or to the bra strap. It's where I wear mine. I hope this helps you FeeBee7

How do you like your Inspire 2? My lovely Fitbit ONE is dying means it's getting harder to push on for sleep mode and I was going to switch to this due to being similar to ONE with the tracking, sleeping, etc? Thanks in advance

I don't have an Inspire 2 but loved my Fitbit One. Let's see what other users have to say about their Fitbit Inspire 2.
