I purchased Fitbit as christmas present for my son. He was out for a run on the 29th December and the hole which holds pins for strap suddenly broke and strap no longer can stay on
I have researched this problem online and apparently it is a common problem product defect with Fitbit inspires
Can you please advise on how Fitbit can remedy this issue
