Inspire "locked up"

Suddenly my Inspire won't swipe from the date, nor will it show any feature when the button is pressed.  Help!

(all the stats show on line and on the app, but not the Inspire itself).

and... it is fixed. I restarted it per instructions.

How did you restart it? I tried charging mine and while it’s charging I held the button in for 8 seconds, released, hit it again, released, and held for another couple seconds. The smiley face popped up but it’s still frozen on the clock!

I did that process once. It was charging from my computer port. I don't know if that makes a difference. Try again. I hope it works for you. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
