not that I am OCD or anything (I am, but...still) I have been diligently trying to get all 10 dots everyday, and without fail, my inspire shows the dot, but when it syncs with my computer it doesn't give me the dot, and in a lot of cases shows about 100 steps missing. It IS tracking the correct steps, the fitbit device shows say...7,000 steps and the computer shows 7000 steps but ...no stinkin dot. Sometimes, I noticed I get extra steps counted on the next hour, but then I don't get my 10 dots for my 'fitbit week in review' . Like I said, the actual fitbit device shows all 10 dots, but when I sync to the computer, it steals dots.

@hollysmile Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your missing reminder to move hours. Start by logging out from the app, restart your tracker and phone and log back in. After this see if the hours completion reflects correctly next time you reach your step goal.
Let me know how it goes.
