Inspire reminders to move not working

I have just upgraded from charge 2 to inspire, as my charge 2 screen went blank but is still working. I have had inspire for 5 days now and I've found that it doesn't vibrate to remind me to walk on the hour, it can go several hours without anything then all of a sudden it will vibrate 10 mins before, once or twice and thats it, I have made sure all settings are on. I have also noticed that even if I do go for a walk it doesn't register. I thought that after 15 mins that it is meant to automatically detect which exercise, but mine isn't registering every time,

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Inspire not auto-detecting any exercise or just Walk? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check: What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device? and also restart your device following the steps that are specified on this help article.

I had new fitbit for 2 days, when I realised that it i was not being reminded every hour to get the 250 steps, I would go maybe 5 hours then all off a sudden it vibrates to alert me to get 250 steps, then next hour nothing. I checked all notifications were on, I am now not receiving any reminders at the hour at all. But does alert me to other notifications. It is now detecting exercise.

I had the new fitbit for 2 days, I noticed it wasn't giving me hourly reminders to move, I checked to make sure all notifications were turned on. Then on day 3 after 5 hours I suddenly received a reminder 10 minutes before the hour to move, it hadn't registered any of the other hours I had been active previously. Now I don't receive any reminders to move at all. I receive all other notifications. It is now registering all activity including walking.
