Inspire screen displays a horizontal stripe

Hello,

I have loaded the battery of my Inspire. I have made an account on my computer.

I have a connection between computer and Inspire.  But I see only a horizontal stripe on the screen of my Inspire. The Inspire doesn't react on any action 

 

Who can and will help me ?

I now have used app on my mobile phone.

And actually it was easy to start my inspire
