Inspire screen is blank

My fitbit inspire has just gone blank, put it on to charge it vibrates but nothing is happening.

I followed the instructions on how to restart the Fitbit Inspire when the screen goes black/blank. The instructions did work. Thank you so much.

The instructions are for Fitbit zip.  I have the inspire—it’s working and it syncs, but the screen is blank.

Let me help you with your Inspire screen not working. As @Laur0165 kindly pointed out in her post you can select the instructions for the different Fitbit devices available. Since your device is still syncing your can also try changing the clock face as this have helped other users in this situation.

I've reset my Fitbit Inspire - but I still have the blank display screen. When I hold the reset button I never get the smiley face that indicates the reset. Is there anything else I can try? I is still tracking as the app is still updating, just no display. I've only had the Fitbit since January.

Never mind - the later post of changing the clock face worked! Is the Inspire more sensitive? I had an alta for almost 3 years and no problems. The Inspire, I've had for 6 months and have to reboot monthly.

This is the first time I had an issue, and I’ve had the inspire for a year. Found the solution online—had to have it plugged in to the charger to reboot.

Just to say that merely plugging in and pressing the bottom didn't work for me either, but changing the clockface did. Thank you!

Usually a reboot works, but changing the clock face solved my problem this morning. Thank you.

Hi, 

my Inspire has a blank screen. 
I’ve followed the instructions of holding the side button for 5 secs whilst on charge - nothing happened. 
I have also tried changing the clock faces following your further advice. The screen still remains blank.
