Inspire screen is blank

My fitbit inspire has just gone blank, put it on to charge it vibrates but nothing is happening.

I have tried every suggestion. And still my screen is black. Never had this problem before. I've had my Inspire for almost a year. I can't live without my Fitbit please can someone help me

Hi, I’m having exactly the same issue with my Fitbit inspire. The screen is blank and it vibrates when pressing the button. It’s syncing with my phone and registering steps however when I reset the smiley face doesn’t appear and changing the clock face does nothing.

Can try syncing the watch again. It works for me.

The screen comes on occasionally but every time I sync it goes blank again.

When the screen does work it won’t let me go to any of the other screens such as timer and will only stay on the front clock

  • I have this issue too; it started last night after working fine all day.
  • It vibrates to remind me to get my hourly steps or when I reach a step goal, but not when I plug into the charger. It syncs to my iPhone, so I can tell it is counting steps and successfully charging.
  • I have tried the restart method a bunch of times and even changed from having the charger plugged into the wall to having it plugged into the computer. Still nothing. I also tried changing the clock face, but that didn't solve the problem either.
  • Any suggestions?

I had similar issues after I installed updates. And now it is no longer working at all.  Did you install any updates?  That may be causing your problem.

No I'm still having the same problem. Mine was keeping track of my steps
and letting me know when to keep moving. But now that isn't working but
when it wants. I'm just really disappointed in fitbit right now. Will I buy
another probably not.

I'm having the same black screen issue.  I've tried restarting it and changing the clock face several times with no results. My inspire is syncing, tracking steps, etc, but the screen is blank every once in a while I'll get a brief flicker but nothing more. I've had it since the June of this year.

yes, my inspire had the same issue and I did every solution posted here and it remains black.

I have tried the same things. The watch is charged and is syncing. I can feel it vibrating when I change the clock face but nothing is bringing the screen back to life.

Hi

I too am having issues with black screen.  I have tried all the tips given above and still.nothing.  Feeling frustrated as this is my 2nd Inspire definitely will not purchase another fit bit.

Hey

I raised the issue within the support chat and they have arranged a new device to be sent as it is still in warranty. It might be worth getting in touch with them.

I'm also having that issue, but it also isn't clear if mine is staying charged. It went from working just fine with zero issues to being un-usable overnight.

Hi! I have the same issue - my Inspire HR screen is blank, it does not reset upon charging while pressing and holding the button for 15s; or a smiley face appears and nothing appears after that. Now the only thing that appears is the Fitbit logo and a 100 below. My tracker cannot sync either. Please help, I really would like to still keep using my Fitbit
