My Fitbit Inspire has slowly been fading away. I’ve charged my Fitbit, but nothing.
Truly enjoy my Fitbit and it’s perfect for my use, but annoyed that screen is fading away. Please let me know what I can do.

Hi there, @Galsan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire.
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have the same issue with my Inspire 2. I rebooted the Fitbit and that did not help. I changed the clock face and that also did not help. I can only read the Fitbit in the dark which is not helpful most of the day.

In addition to the steps you've tried, I suggest checking if your Inspire 2 is on DND. When the do not disturb setting is on:
You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
