Inspire screen is frozen

My screen wont move from the date.just seems to be locked there.

Please help as well..I've done all the things reccommed..still frozen on the date. Please email me a solution been going on for a week! Not happy!!

Hi @Huebnerjudy Try restarting it several times and see if that helps. P.ease come back if that doesnt help.

Welcome to the Community, @Huebnerjudy and @NellyG, thanks for the input.

 

If you want to restart your device, make sure to be doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

I've been having the same problem. I try restarting it but when I press and hold the button only the time and date show up. It does vibrate but the screen doesn't change.

My screen on my Fitbit Inspire is also a black screen today. Tried restarting as the instructions say. It will vibrate when I hold down the side button, but the screen is still black.

Hi, anyone who can help? 👋
Have got me Fitbit, which I hope will help me with activity adjustment in everyday life. I struggle a lot with high heart rate, and hope the activity meter will help me become more conscious and better at limiting activity.

This is brand new to me, and I'm struggling a bit to find out how the heart rate monitor works 🤯
Is poor, can withstand little ... only this (try to find out) takes on.

What I'm wondering is ...
-Do you / anyone here know if it is possible to put a maximum heart rate on the activity meter, possibly how?
- Is it possible to get vibration / beeps when the pulse exceeds the set pulse, and if so how?

Hope you understand what I mean?

Anyone can help me?

Has fitbit charge 3.

 

I forgot to tell you that I am sick, thinking about using the clock for activity cessation in everyday life.

Hi

My Fitbit also only shows the clock, it won't swipe up or down. The green light on the back went but doing the reset about 10 times worked. So the green light is on but still can't swipe, have tried to reset again but nothing.

Having the same issue. Unable to swipe up or down for other options. I would track exercise from device by swiping down to get to exercise. Then swiping through my exercises, tapping on bike or treadmill, then tapping play button to start. Device would show elapsed time etc. Would end by pressing side button, tapping, and selecting finish, then closing out from results screen.

 

Earlier this week device started displaying options for time/distance/intensity goal options but even when selected play button no longer worked.

 

This morning my device no longer even allows me to swipe down for exercise, breathing, or other options nor can I swipe up for those usual options.

My Inspire HR was also frozen. I tried this fix and at first it didn't work. You might add that when frozen, you might need to try this process repeatedly. It took me at least 4 or 5 tries before my Fitbit finally decided to reboot and I got the smiley face. Aside from that, thank you for the advice - it fixed the problem.

I've tried the reboot several times and it will not work. Has the support team found any other fixes yet?

you need to plug it into the charger and hold the left button for at least 10 seconds or until the smiley 

face comes up.

YAY, it worked. Charger connected and hold button on tracker for 5 seconds. Then a smile face. Done!!
