My screen wont move from the date.just seems to be locked there.

Hi! I plugged it in and held the button down for 5 seconds at a time like 4 or 5 times, and then pressed it quickly like 5 more times, and then it reset. No idea which part worked! 🙂

This helped me so much. Thank you. I have no idea why the screen goes blank every time. I always have to go into the app to track my progress. Isn't there a way Fitbit can see the issues and resolve it? I see so many reviews with the same issues and it just seems its an ongoing issue that needs to be recalled.
