Inspire screen is stuck on calories and won't swipe

Hi, I have a FitBit  Inspire and it worked well, but now the screen only shows the calorires, I can't scroll...

What do I do ?

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Inspire screen is unresponsive to swipe and only shows the calories. I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to help you. Thank you for your time and efforts.
