I just got a brand new Inspire.
Connecting it with the app and installing the latest updates went fine. However, I cannot tap on any of the apps below the time when scrolling. The only apps I can tap on are the settings above the time. I have successfully restarted the watch twice, which didn't fix anything.
Also, apparently, I walked 309 steps already this morning and I've barely been out of bed. These watches have been out for 3+ years and there is STILL no way to adjust steps taken to remove false ones??? Come on!!
It's 2020. Stop making more watches until you fix the issues with that previous ones. Also, SURELY your developers can implement more editing features to the Dashboard so we can adjust our data as needed......

@ShellyRenee777 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire and thank you for restarting it. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
Let me know how it goes.
