The screen on my Inspire only shows the time. I can't see number of steps or any other information. I can't check battery level. This started yesterday. How can this be fixed?

Mine has just done the same. I have only had it about a month. It now still sends data to my phone, but the wrist band only shows the time and wont scroll to other screens. I would also like to know if it's faulty or what I can do

This happened to me today I couldn't get it to restart I held to button for up to 30 seconds and nothing happened so in the end I removed the device on the app and set up the device again as if I had just brought it and it started working properly

Plug your fitbit charger into your fitbit. Once you have done that press the button on the side of your fitbit for roughly 20 seconds (it will show a smiley face). Then you can unplug it from the charger and it will be fine again! Hope this helps!

Thank you so much! I spent an hour looking at new ones online thinking this one was done. Just to be sure, I tried your fix and it worked!! Yahoo! I'll make a note in case it happens again.
