Inspire screen scrolling on it's own

I bought a Fitbit Inspire last week and the screen keeps turning itself on and scrolling without me touching it. I have tried resetting it several times with no luck.

Hi @Viney92 If you bought it from a store then return it for a replacement. Otherwise contact Support (link in my signature). It shouldnt be doing that.

The customer support were very helpful and I had a replacement sorted in a few days.
