Inspire screen won't turn on

This morning my inspire had low battery so I plugged it in to charge. I felt it vibrate but the screen didn't light up to show that it was charging. I thought that it had died so I left it for a while. I just came back and the screen still won't turn on. So I opened the fitbit app and it said that my inspire is fully charged and has just synced with my android phone. Also when I hold the side button down I can feel a quick vibration but the screen still stays black.

Hi @hmcneil Have you tried restarting it several times? (I'm  not sure from what you say if you have pressed the button while on the charger or not)

Hi @hmcneil. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around. @NellyG, I hope you're doing well and thanks for the heads up.

 

@hmcneil, thanks for sharing that your Inspire's screen isn't working correctly, as well for the steps tried on your own. As @NellyG, I'm also wondering if you've tried the restart process as described here. If not, please give it a try and let me know how it goes so I can continue working with you.
